Welcome to Sky Ranch School's Online Learning Center!

Terrestrial Ecology
Terrestrial Ecology - 1st through 5th grade:
Have your students become part of an Sky Ranch Expedition Team as they explore the world of terrestrial ecology as a member of Sky Ranch Expeditions! As team members they will travel to the Sky Ranch Expeditions Base Camp where they will learn about animal characteristics and adaptations by studying live animals like an 8ft Boa Constrictor, 6ft. Green Iguana, sugar gliders, hedgehogs, tarantulas and many other animals. In the Ethology lab they will learn about animal behavior, predator/prey relationships and the food web. The class would not be complete without the nature walk through the woods and meadows of Sky Ranch where students can learn about plants and study nature in the wild.
